Underfloor insulation

Installing insulating materials beneath a building’s floors or foundation will decrease heat loss and increase energy efficiency. This process is known as underfloor insulation. By reducing the amount of heat transmission through the floor, this insulation serves to keep the interior of the building warmer in the winter and colder in the summer.

A benefit of underfloor insulation, particularly in structures with suspended floors or uninsulated crawl spaces, reduces heating expenses and boosts energy efficiency.
